Delicious, fresh dessert with a crunch!
6 large apples
2 tbsp water
100 g sugar
1 vanilla pod
150 g chopped Sigdal crispbread
50 g chopped nuts of choice
Approx. 2 dl whipping cream
Peel the apples and cut into small pieces. Stew the apples, sugar and the vanilla pod seeds in the water until the apples are tender.
Allow to cool.
Mix the chopped nuts and crispbread. Toast lightly in a pan with a little sugar.
Whip the cream with a little sugar.
Place the different components layer-by-layer in a glass. Top with whipped cream.
