Here's a simple recipe for a delicious and healthy banana split using yogurt, banana, granola, Sigdal, and honey.
You need this
1 banana 1 cup Greek yogurt 1 cup granola 1 crushed Sigdal crispbread 1-2 tablespoons honey
This is how you do it
- Peel the banana and slice it in half lengthwise. Place the two halves in a shallow bowl or on a plate, cut sides facing up.
- Spoon the Greek yogurt between the banana halves, filling the space in the middle. Sprinkle the granola and crushed Sigdal evenly over the yogurt to add a nice crunch.
- Drizzle honey over the top of the yogurt, banana, and granola. Enjoy!
