Here's a simple recipe for a delicious and healthy banana split using yogurt, banana, granola, Sigdal, and honey.

1 banana 1 cup Greek yogurt 1 cup granola 1 crushed Sigdal crispbread 1-2 tablespoons honey

  1. Peel the banana and slice it in half lengthwise. Place the two halves in a shallow bowl or on a plate, cut sides facing up.
  2. Spoon the Greek yogurt between the banana halves, filling the space in the middle. Sprinkle the granola and crushed Sigdal evenly over the yogurt to add a nice crunch.
  3. Drizzle honey over the top of the yogurt, banana, and granola. Enjoy!
