Cabbage with burrata, parsley, sunflower seeds and Sigdal crispbread

You need this

1 cabbage 200g burrata cheese A handful of fresh parsley, chopped 2-3 tablespoons sunflower seeds 2-3 slices of Sigdal crispbread 2-3 tablespoons olive oil Salt and pepper to taste

This is how you do it

  1. Preheat the oven to 225°C (200°C for a fan oven). Cut the cabbage into wedges and place them in a baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt. Cook in the middle of the oven for 20-25 minutes.
  2. Toast the sunflower seeds in a dry pan until golden.
  3. Place the roasted cabbage on a plate, tear the burrata over it, and sprinkle with chopped parsley and toasted sunflower seeds. Break the Sigdal crispbread and arrange it around the dish.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil, garnish with extra parsley, and serve immediately with the crispbread. Enjoy!
