Cabbage with burrata, parsley, sunflower seeds and Sigdal crispbread
You need this
1 cabbage 200g burrata cheese A handful of fresh parsley, chopped 2-3 tablespoons sunflower seeds 2-3 slices of Sigdal crispbread 2-3 tablespoons olive oil Salt and pepper to taste
This is how you do it
- Preheat the oven to 225°C (200°C for a fan oven). Cut the cabbage into wedges and place them in a baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt. Cook in the middle of the oven for 20-25 minutes.
- Toast the sunflower seeds in a dry pan until golden.
- Place the roasted cabbage on a plate, tear the burrata over it, and sprinkle with chopped parsley and toasted sunflower seeds. Break the Sigdal crispbread and arrange it around the dish.
- Drizzle with olive oil, garnish with extra parsley, and serve immediately with the crispbread. Enjoy!
