Omelet with cheese, spinach, onions and bell peppers

This is how you do it
- Whisk together the eggs, milk, and salt.
- Slice the bell pepper into thin strips, halve the tomatoes, and peel and slice the onion into wedges.
- Heat butter in a frying pan and sauté the vegetables and spinach for 2-3 minutes.
- Pour the egg mixture over the vegetables, gently stirring a few times while it cooks.
- Add cheese on top and let it melt. Serve with Sigdal and enjoy!
