Omelet with cheese, spinach, onions and bell peppers

This is how you do it

  1. Whisk together the eggs, milk, and salt.
  2. Slice the bell pepper into thin strips, halve the tomatoes, and peel and slice the onion into wedges.
  3. Heat butter in a frying pan and sauté the vegetables and spinach for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the vegetables, gently stirring a few times while it cooks.
  5. Add cheese on top and let it melt. Serve with Sigdal and enjoy!
